Meet Pastor Dennis Cummins — 35 Years of Proven Ministry

When a new church comes to town, the first question is always fair: Who is this pastor, and can they be trusted? We want to answer that directly — not with hype, but with honest history.

Pastor Dennis Cummins has served in ministry for over 35 years. He is an author, a humanitarian, and a recognized voice in leadership circles locally and nationally. His track record isn’t built on big stages — it’s built on real people whose lives have been changed by consistent, faithful ministry over decades.

Civic & Government Influence
Supported candidates for Sheriff, State Senate, and the House who uphold biblical values. Led referendums fighting for family rights and the protection of children.

“Pastoring in Washington State — one of the most progressive, post-Christian climates in the nation — has not weakened our convictions. It has sharpened them.”

Pastoring in Washington State for 35 years is itself a credential. Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Dennis has been an active civic voice — supporting candidates for Sheriff, State Senate, and the House who stand for biblical values, and helping lead referendums fighting for family rights and the protection of children in one of the most progressive states in America.

His work in Nepal includes establishing safe homes for vulnerable children, developing and mentoring local leaders, and building generational legacy in communities with few other advocates. The church he leads, ExperienceChurch.tv (South Hill, WA), is a testament to what consistent, courageous pastoral leadership looks like.

Our Beliefs & Our Posture

We are a Spirit-filled, Bible-centered church. We believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the most transformative force on the planet — and we unapologetically build everything around it.

  • Authority of Scripture — The Bible is our foundation — the living Word of God that shapes how we live, lead, and love.
  • Spirit-Led & Practically Grounded — We believe in the full work of the Holy Spirit — paired with excellence, integrity, and real-world wisdom.
  • Connect, Equip & Empower — Connect people to Christ, equip them for real success in life, and empower them to serve others.
  • The Family — Marriage, parenting, and healthy homes are central to our mission — never secondary.
  • Excellence Without Pretense — We pursue excellence not to impress, but because people deserve our best when encountering God.
  • Culturally Engaged, Not Compromised — We speak into culture and engage leaders without watering down the truth we carry.
  • Generous Community — Generosity is in our DNA — toward God, toward people, and toward the communities we call home.

What We Honor

We don’t believe in hiding what we stand for. These convictions are not political positions — they are biblical ones, held with love toward every person regardless of where they are in their journey.

01
Marriage

The biblical definition of marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman — rooted in Scripture, foundational to healthy families.

02
Gender

The biblical definition of two genders — male and female — as a purposeful and beautiful design by God, not a social construct.

03
Life

The right to life from the womb to the tomb. Every human being at every stage carries inherent dignity as made in the image of God.

04
Justice

The rule of law with responsible policing. Ordered society and accountable law enforcement are gifts — we support those who serve with integrity.

05
Equality

All ethnicities are equally valued and esteemed. There is no hierarchy of human worth. Every person bears the full image of God.

A New Campus — Not a Church Plant Starting from Scratch

Launch Fully Funded

Most new churches are church plants: a small team, a rented space, and a lot of faith. That is a beautiful model. But that is not what we are.

Not This

A church plant from scratch

No infrastructure, no track record, no proven leadership pipeline — hoping to build it as they go.

What We Are

A new campus of an established church

Extending 35 years of proven ministry, trained leaders, and a fully operational church into a new community.

ExperienceChurch.tv has been a thriving, life-giving church in South Hill, Washington for decades. We are opening a new campus under the same spiritual covering, the same teaching, and the same proven culture. Dariel and Rebekah Cummins will serve as local campus pastors, and Pastor Dennis remains pastor over both locations.

  • Financial Accountability Already In Place — real-time double-entry accounting, restricted fund management, and full financial accountability.
  • Leadership Development Already Running — we arrive with a discipleship engine already operational.
  • Proven Teaching Culture — unified vision and shared culture across both locations.
  • Core Launch Team of 100 Trained Individuals — pioneers, not spectators.

“We’re not arriving to figure it out. We’re arriving to extend what God has already proven He will do through faithful people.”

ExperienceChurch.tv Vision

Why the Northwest Valley of Phoenix?

This was not a real estate decision or a lifestyle choice. It was a prayerful, prophetically confirmed, strategically vetted assignment. The Surprise / Peoria corridor is one of the fastest-growing regions in America — and one of the most spiritually underserved.

86%
Family-based households in the region
40%+
Households with children under 18
$120K+

TSMC total AZ investment — largest foreign direct investment in U.S. history
140K+

25K+
New direct tech jobs from 60+ semiconductor expansions since 2020
5x
Indirect jobs per semiconductor job — retail, services, construction, healthcare

Vibrant Spirit-filled churches currently serving the area

The NW Valley is at the center of the boom: The Loop 303 corridor sits adjacent to TSMC’s 1,100-acre campus, Amkor’s packaging facility in Peoria (2,000+ jobs), the $7B Halo Vista development, and BNSF Railway’s $3.2B Northwest Maricopa logistics hub. Entire neighborhoods are being built from scratch — and the families moving in need a church home.

People are spiritually open in this region but resistant to traditional religion — a perfect match for the Spirit-led, life-giving, practically-grounded culture of ExperienceChurch.tv. They are not coming to us. We are going to them.

Not Here to Compete — Here to Contribute

We are not here to pull people away from their churches. That is not our heart, it is not our mission, and it is not the kind of church we are.

We believe in the local church — all of it.

We honor every pastor faithfully serving the Northwest Valley. We are not arriving as competitors. We are arriving as contributors to the broader mission of the Kingdom of God in this region.

If you are already planted in a great church — stay there. Grow there. Serve there. We mean that sincerely.

We are called to reach the people not yet in any church — the family that just relocated, the couple who gave up on church but not on God, the teenager quietly battling anxiety, the professional hungry for something real. Those are the people we came for.

The harvest in the Northwest Valley is large enough for every faithful church to find its corner of it. Our success will be measured in new people encountering Jesus — not in borrowed attendance from churches already serving this community well.
